Work Experiences

  • Now providing services for different schools and organizations (including preschool, primary and secondary school level)
  • Now serving as a Guest Lecturer in The Education University of Hong Kong Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Early Childhood Education), Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education Programme (subjects related to Children with Diverse Needs/ special needs)
  • Have worked in Heep Hong Society for more than 11 years and have worked in various settings and projects
  • Have served as Clinical Instructor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences Occupational Therapy Undergraduate Programme (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University)

 

Has served as:

    • Advisor
      • Advise on the project design
      • Supervise the trainers of the support projects on planning, implementation and documentation of training
      • Liaise with Education Bureau, different parties and professionals
      • Including serving as the Advisor of The Support Projects for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder studying in mainstream primary and secondary schools funded by the Education Bureau
    • Occupational Therapist
      • Serves students with special needs studying in primary and secondary schools, as well as their parents and teachers
      • Serves children with various special needs from 0-6 years old, as well as their parents and teachers in Early Education and Training Centre (EETC) and Special Child Care Centre (SCCC)
      • Serves children with various special needs, as well as their parents at their homes

Education Background

  • Bachelor Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University)
  • Master Degree of Social Science in Counselling (The University of Hong Kong)
  • Attended courses that further sharpen skills and knowledge including Sensory Integration, Executive Function, Relationship Development Intervention, SCERTS® Model and family therapy (The Satir Model) etc.
